'Helping' your wives is not enough

In this vlog, the woman took her husband to the hospital, handled a crying baby, taught her other daughter class work on video call, went and cleared documents earlier to speed up the process, got everyone home and then also made tea. Everything while making sure there's content for their vlog because that's their main bread and butter. 

This is one video from one home but a story of every home. Women carry not just the burden of office work and housework, they also carry the psychological burden of having responsibilities of the work because of their natural tendencies. 

I've heard a lot of modern men proudly say that they 'help' at home. That's great, we've come a long way but now it's time that our men don't just 'help' but take responsibility for the psychological burden of the work as well. Especially now that the work from home model is common. A man shouldn't just be sharing the physical work, but completely closing the window in a woman's mind that makes her worry about that work.
